My teaching experience spans from my bachelor's studies through my PhD, where I regularly tutored students in biology and biochemistry. During my bachelor's, I started by helping my cousins with their high school science courses, focusing not just on the material but also on understanding their individual learning styles and motivations to make lessons more effective. This approach continued into my PhD at the University of Montpellier, where I mentored undergrads in lab techniques and concepts, emphasizing student psychology—such as building confidence, addressing anxiety around complex topics, and tailoring explanations to their mindset—to ensure deeper comprehension and long-term retention beyond rote teaching.
