Collaborating with students rather than instructing them as Reggio Emilia Approach. • Managing students’ studies, homework, extra school work, exams and curriculum studies. • Planning, preparing and delivering instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences. • Developing schemes of work and lesson plans, and establishing clear objectives for all learning activities. • Encouraging and monitoring the progress of students, maintaining students’ records and reaching grade goals. • Preparing documentation of children’s work, plants, and collections that children have made from former outings are displayed both at the children’s and adult eye level.
