I would like to present myself as English, Social sciences, journalism subjects at all grade levels. I believe I carry necessary compassion, and academic skills to teach and help students to excel during e learning. My current work experience encompasses of working international and in the gulf region particularly in Dubai where one gets an amazing chance of working with more than 40 nationalities at one time. Such an experience would definitely align perfectly with what would be required of me for this position. My current position as pastoral Administrators and MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOL Counselor at Ajial bilingual school Kuwait is to make sure that students are encouraged and motivated through a proper preemptive and restorable counseling and teaching support system including High school scores for college application. My previous experience as Head of counseling department at next Generation school K-7 for three years allowed me to establish a team of counselors and mentors to endorse advocacy model for students at the school campus. I introduced a positive discipline and restorative model that allowed students to be reflective and positive. I carry a rich experience in integrating well-being model with Common Core standards. I am also profound at NEASC, WASC and advance ED accreditation implementation. I have experience working with KHDA Inspection system and creating the right pathway for successful ministry approvals. I am KHDA (knowledge health and development authority) approved Social worker and Happiness Champion and it also allows me to make sure that staff and students are mentally healthy and are taken care at every point during the learning journey. I have strong interpersonal communication skills along with IT command to conduct daily routine work.
