I have completed my education with a bachelor's degree in Major English Literature from Yarmouk University , and I also have nine years as an experience in an administration field at an outsourcing company in which i worked as a central unit on flydubai Airline project for two years as customer service represantative and back office team , then as a Senior contact management center that provides superior service via phones, e-mails as a receiver and caller for two years , after that i promoted as a contact management center Team Leader in which i demonstrate knowledge of organization’s expectations, and manage internal standards or service level agreements on Aramex , Zain-KSA Telecom and Careem Mobile Application projects for 4 years ; in addition to my job as a Trainer on the mentioned projects for the new comers.
