For 5 years, I worked with many startups and SMEs, where I played a key role in their progress by spotting weaknesses and developing them into strengths. During my work, I gained practical experience in business development, marketing (online and offline), projects management, team management and new business modeling for startups and SMEs. I have excellent leadership, management and communications skills, I am detailed-oriented, flexible, & willing to play different roles to get the job done. I holds a bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering from the Hashemite University of Jordan, and an Advanced BA Diploma (Mini MBA) certificate from Cambridge Training College, I am also a certified SME's Innovation Manager from Leipzig University.
